The Tales of Teacups is a storybook that takes you on a journey of cultures with Keisha – a fictional character created to share the author’s experiences as an University of Massachusetts Amherst 1981-19820 Exchange Student to Taiwan and Japan.

A trip interrupted by a hurricane or Typhoon that first landed her in Seoul South Korea’s at Gimpo Airport until she could re-board her plane scheduled for Taipei Taiwan in 1981. To learn more about our school or to speak with the author telephone 857-701-6206.

Eventually the author journeyed to mainland China to teach as well.

This book is translated into both Mandarin and Japanese and reflected in Curriculum to teach both languages at the elementary and intermediate levels.
